For fresh, drying, or canning lines the Kerian Sizer will separate peaches by size.  There is sufficient volume for canning plants while assuring accurate separation and gentle handling for fresh pack.  Typically a straight roller, as above, is used to gently rotate and orient the fruit until it separates onto the conveyor at the appropriate distance.  The fruit is spread on the width of the takeaway conveyor according to size, and adjustable dividers allow easy selection of the desired sizes.
